hgtv.com has some excellent ideas for decorating with mirrors. Quickly, easily and cheaply brighten up your place.

I love decorating with mirrors. However, I don't like them in the best room. I read that your soul gets trapped by them and can't travel freely at night while you dream.

I love mirrors in all shapes and sizes. I really like the mirrors with a decorative frame around them. I have never heard that before about souls getting trapped in mirrors though.

I guess mirrors are a cheap alternative for pictures.

I always heard that if you have a small space you should hang a mirrow to make the room appear larger. In my first home that was quite small I hung one at the end of a hallway to make it appear longer. There are some really cool designs for mirrors out there. One of my friends has a bunch of small mirrors in her living room. They accent pictures and other decorations. It is very pretty.

I love the wrought iron mirrors. I have one at the end of my hallway where the mirror itself is probably 11 X 14 but with the wrought iron it really makes it stand out. I think it's a beautiful way to add something to a hallway.

My friend just moved into this townhouse, it's pretty nice! The surprising thing was that in the dining room, one entire wall is just a mirror. A huge mirror that covers every inch of the wall. It's kind of strange to see THAT much of me. I'm not sure if i like it, heh.

We used to hang our large mirror over our fireplace. We don't want to do that in this house. I haven't decided where to put the mirror yet, so it's leaning against the wall in our bedroom and it's a makeshift full-length until I pick a place.
